Refund & Cancellation Policy – Jaivike

At Jaivike, we aim to deliver fresh and high-quality farm products including A2 cow milk and natural vegetables. Since many of our products are perishable (जल्दी खराब होने वाले), our refund policy is limited and subject to the following conditions.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product is dispatched for delivery.
Once the product is out for delivery or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellation requests, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible. - Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or spoiled product received
Order paid but not delivered
Customers must inform Jaivike within 24 hours of delivery with proper details or photo proof if required. - Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transport issues
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer - Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. - Subscription Orders
For milk subscription plans:
Customers can request changes or cancellation before the next billing cycle.
